Hair Systems
Once you have made your payment online, you will receive confirmation of payment. The next step for you, is to print out the order form, fill it out correctly and post it to us together with either your template and colour samples or your used hair system which you want duplicated.
When we receive these items we will check them and we will contact you to verify your order.
Your custom made individually designed hair system can take up to 3 months to be completed. This is because all of our hair systems are made by hand and custom designed specifically for you. They are not STOCK or one size fits all hair systems. If there are any delays we will notify you.
All hair systems are guaranteed for a period of 3 months after fitting. Should any problems arise after this period but within 6 months of fitting we ar able to revent the hair system for you at a minimal cost.
If the purchaser visits another studio for the maintenance of his/her hair sytemduring the warranty period the warranty is voided.
