Terms & Conditions of Ordering
Orders may be placed on our secure site with payment being made Via Securepay Australia; either Visa, Bankcard or MasterCard. The money will be debited from your account when processed through our office. In the event that your credit card has been declined you will be contacted via email. You can check the status of your order at any time by clicking on your account details.

If using these methods you may either pay by credit card, cheque or money order. Your order will be processed upon receipt of your payment. There is a $15 service fee for returned cheques. Please make the cheques payable to HLCQ Pty Ltd.
Postage & Handling Charges
Orders for Australia and Tasmania
The rates for postage and handling are calculated on the weight and dimensions of the product ordered and the destination. Our aim is to process your order as soon as possible; however delays may occur so please allow up to 10 working days for delivery of products and accessories. Hair systems are custom designed for the individual and can take up to 8 weeks. Platinum post is available by request at an additional fee.
New Zeland and Fiji customers: Please note customs clearance, taxes & and duty payable will be your responsibility.

If you are wanting to place an order outside Australia your orders will be in Australian dollars.
Your Product and Accesories order will leave our office within two days of receipt and be sent via Australia post. Please allow a further two weeks for delivery. Cost for shipping will be based on the individual country being sent to.. Precise postage & handling charges will be quoted per individual order.
Please note that customs clearance, taxes and/or any duty incurred upon arrival are your responsibility.

Returned Merchandise & Refund Policy
At HLCQ Australia we take pride in offering you quality service on all levels. Our Hair systems are of excellent quality. However, in the event of faulty products we are happy to replace our hair systems at no extra charge during the 3 month warranty period. Please note the warranty period begins on the day that your hair system is fitted by our qualified stylists. Should you choose to have your hair system fitted or maintained by a third party your warranty is void.
Please choose your items carefully as we do not refund or replace products for incorrect orders being processed or change of mind.
Information we collect
In order to provide you with the HLCQ, the type of information we collect and handle normally includes:
– Identity and contact details
– Credit card details, billing information
– Occupation/ type of therapist or other
We only collect information which is necessary for the provision of providing the service you require. Please note that in order to operate the website or deliver a service, we may sometimes share your personal information with our service providers.
However, we will not use your personal information for any purpose which is not related to your dealings with us or for any purpose which you would not reasonably expect us to use the information. We may also charge a fee to cover our reasonable costs associated with your request.

Our employees and data processors are obliged and trained to respect the confidentiality of any personal information held by us.

You agree that we may contact you at your email or other address which you provide to us in order to:
– provide you with information that may be of interest about our products and special offers and other matters which may interest you;
– send you an email newsletter.
We also offer an “opt out” mechanism, so that you may have the opportunity to decide not to receive marketing or promotional information from us at any time in the future.
